Using our border broker, Cole Inc., your shipment goes
to:
1. Air Truck warehouse
2. Cole Inc. clears customs
3. Air Truck delivers to Econotech
Upon arrival at Air Truck, it is usually a 1-2 day process
for samples to arrive at Econotech. Once your samples arrive
at Econotech, you will receive confirmation by fax or email
of their receipt.
Remember, these special instructions are for dangerous/hazardous
goods only. Non-hazardous samples (pulp, paper, etc.)
can still be sent directly to our Canadian address.
