Q. What quantity of sample is needed for an analysis?
A. Your best bet is to call us to or give us a quick email. Each test requires different quantities and preservation methods.

Q. Does Econotech receive weekend deliveries?
A. We only receive weekend deliveries if they are pre-arranged.

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque, and electronic fund transfer.

Q. How will results be sent?
A. We usually send results via e-mail or fax immediately after the analysis is complete and then send out a hard copy by regular mail.

Q. When will I receive the final report?
A. After all testing is complete, you should expect your hardcopy in one to two weeks.

Q. What is the best way to ship us samples?
A. This depends on the sample and from where it is being shipped. Non-dangerous samples with proper paper work can couriered to us. Please see our sending samples page for further information.

Q. What type of paperwork is required for Canadian Customs?
A. All samples require interim invoices (commercial invoices). This can be downloaded from our shipping page. Be sure to follow the dangerous goods procedures that are available on our website.

Q. Can we send dangerous goods to Canada?
A. Yes. Be sure to include all proper paper work including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Please see our sending samples page for more information.

Q. If I am interested in a test that is not listed on your website, who should I talk to?
A. Any of our staff would be happy to answer your questions or find you someone who can. If we do not do the test here, we will try to point you in the right direction.

A. You will receive an e-mail or fax confirming that we received your sample.
